What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so that you can track the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for delivery. Once your order has the status "preparing for delivery", "delivered" or "delivered", we cannot accept any changes to your order.

What currency will I be charged in?
All of our transactions are in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate for the currency you choose depending on which website you are on.
Do you offer payment in 3 or 4 installments?
We accept payment in 3 installments.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, and offer payment via PayPal and credit cards.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process it.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you have chosen.
How can I track my package?
After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email so that you can track the status of your order.
What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to book a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered to you.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold in our online store
- The item must not have been used in any way
- The request for return or exchange is made within 14 days of delivery

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges and they follow the same terms and conditions as returns
To request an exchange, please indicate that you want to exchange your item for another item when preparing your return with our support.
Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, place the item in its original packaging and enclose your proof of purchase.
Your return shipment is in some cases free of charge. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of levendevaro.com, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days after the package has been received at our warehouse.
Once your return has been approved, the refund, exchange or credit will be made within 14 days after our department has approved your return.
